B.l.t.a. Sandwich

The BLTA sandwich is a classic combination of crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and creamy avocado.

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Bread - 4 slices
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • Avocado - 1, sliced
  • Tomato - 1 large, sliced
  • Lettuce - 4 leaves
  • Bacon - 6 slices, cooked

Instructions

  1. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
  2. Layer bacon, lettuce, tomato, and avocado on two bread slices.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Top with the remaining bread slices, mayo side down.
  5. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
