Avocado and Bacon Omelette

This delicious omelette is filled with creamy avocado and crispy bacon, perfect for a hearty breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients

  • Green onions - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup, shredded
  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Milk - 2 tablespoons
  • Eggs - 4
  • Avocado - 1, sliced
  • Bacon - 4 slices, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in the egg mixture.
  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the edges start to set.
  4. Sprinkle the bacon, avocado slices, cheddar cheese, and green onions over one half of the omelette.
  5. Fold the other half of the omelette over the filling and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the omelette is cooked through.
  6. Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve hot.
