Arugula, Steak and Blue Cheese Salad

A delicious and filling salad with steak, blue cheese, and arugula

Ingredients

  • Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Balsamic vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 1/4 cup
  • Blue cheese - 1/2 cup
  • Arugula - 4 cups
  • Steak - 1 pound

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Season steak with salt and pepper and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes, or until steak is cooked to desired doneness.
  4. Let steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  5. In a large bowl, combine arugula, blue cheese, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  6. Toss to combine.
  7. Add steak slices and toss to combine.
  8. Serve salad immediately.
