Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Balsamic vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Red onion - 1/4 cup, thinly sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 1 cup, halved
  • Blue cheese - 1/2 cup, crumbled
  • Arugula - 4 cups
  • Steak - 8 oz

Instructions

  1. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
  4. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
