Arugula, Grilled Chicken and Mango Salad

A delicious and healthy salad that combines the flavors of arugula, grilled chicken and mango.

Ingredients

  • Pepper - To taste
  • Salt - To taste
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Mango - 1 cup
  • Grilled chicken - 2 cups
  • Arugula - 4 cups

Instructions

  1. Grill the chicken until cooked through.
  2. Dice the mango into small cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the arugula, grilled chicken and mango.
