Air Fryer Ribeye Steak

This juicy and flavorful ribeye steak is cooked to perfection in an air fryer.

Ingredients

  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Ribeye steak - 2 (8 oz) steaks

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub the steaks with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. Place the steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 7-9 minutes for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time according to your desired doneness.
  5. Flip the steaks halfway through the cooking time.
  6. Remove the steaks from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Slice the steaks against the grain and serve hot.
