  1. Peel the white gourd and remove the seeds. Cut it into small pieces.
  2. In a pot, add the white gourd pieces, rock sugar, and water.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about an hour.
  4. After an hour, strain the mixture to remove the gourd pieces.
  5. Let the drink cool down before serving. You can also refrigerate it and serve it chilled.
