- Water - 4 cups
- Rock sugar - 1 cup
- White gourd - 1 large

- Peel the white gourd and remove the seeds. Cut it into small pieces.
- In a pot, add the white gourd pieces, rock sugar, and water.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about an hour.
- After an hour, strain the mixture to remove the gourd pieces.
- Let the drink cool down before serving. You can also refrigerate it and serve it chilled.
