Let's Get Started

  1. Season the Wagyu beef with salt and pepper and form into 8 small patties.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until caramelized, about 10 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and pickle relish to make the sauce.
  4. Cook the patties in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  5. Place a slice of cheese on each patty and cover the skillet until the cheese is melted.
  6. Spread the sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a patty, caramelized onions, and the top half of the bun.
