Wagyu Beef Sliders
These juicy and flavorful sliders are made with premium Wagyu beef and served on mini buns with caramelized onions and a special sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- American cheese - 8 slices
- Pickle relish - 2 tablespoons
- Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
- Onions - 2, thinly sliced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Mini burger buns - 8
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Wagyu ground beef - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Season the Wagyu beef with salt and pepper and form into 8 small patties.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until caramelized, about 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and pickle relish to make the sauce.
- Cook the patties in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
- Place a slice of cheese on each patty and cover the skillet until the cheese is melted.
- Spread the sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a patty, caramelized onions, and the top half of the bun.
