Vietnamese Iced Coffee
This is a traditional Vietnamese iced coffee recipe, also known as Ca Phe Sua Da. It's a strong coffee that is served with sweetened condensed milk and poured over ice.
Ingredients - Serves 1
- Ice - 1 cup
- Sweetened condensed milk - 2 tablespoons
- Boiling water - 1 cup
- Ground coffee - 2 tablespoons
Let's Get Started
- Place the ground coffee in a Vietnamese coffee press and screw the top down tightly.
- Pour the boiling water into the press and let it steep for 4-5 minutes.
- While the coffee is steeping, pour the sweetened condensed milk into a glass.
- Once the coffee has finished steeping, pour it over the sweetened condensed milk and stir to combine.
- Fill the glass with ice and stir until the coffee is chilled.
