  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, cooked quinoa, egg, garlic, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and set aside.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes.
  5. Add the marinara sauce to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
