Let's Get Started

  1. Drain the tofu and place it in a serving bowl.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the brown sugar, water, and ginger. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, until the syrup thickens slightly.
  4. Remove the ginger slices from the syrup and discard.
  5. Pour the warm syrup over the tofu.
  6. Allow the tofu pudding to cool before serving. It can also be refrigerated and served cold.
