Tempeh Satay with Peanut Sauce

- Skewers - 8
- Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coconut milk - 1/4 cup
- Peanut butter - 1/2 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1/4 cup
- Tempeh - 8 oz, cut into cubes

- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, and garlic to make the marinade.
- Add the tempeh cubes to the marinade and let sit for at least 20 minutes.
