Tempeh and Avocado Wrap
This vegan-friendly wrap combines the nutty flavor of tempeh with creamy avocado, fresh vegetables, and a tangy sauce for a quick and healthy meal.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Lettuce - 2 leaves
- Whole wheat wraps - 2
- Avocado - 1, ripe
- Tempeh - 200 grams
Let's Get Started
- Slice the tempeh into thin strips and marinate in the soy sauce for 10 minutes.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the tempeh and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
- Mash the avocado in a bowl and add the lemon juice. Spread this mixture onto the wraps.
