Tater Tot Casserole
This hearty casserole is a family favorite, loaded with ground beef, mixed vegetables, cheese, and crispy tater tots.

- Tater tots - 1 package, frozen
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Cream of mushroom soup - 1 can
- Mixed vegetables - 1 cup, frozen
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1, chopped
- Ground beef - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink. Drain the fat.
- Stir in the mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, and half of the cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the tater tots and remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
