Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients - Serves 8

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Spread the tater tots out in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and crumbled. Drain the fat and spread the sausage over the tater tots.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, half of the cheese, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the sausage and tater tots.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top of the casserole.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
