  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground pork over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and cook for another minute.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, chili oil, sesame paste, and chicken broth.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet with the cooked pork. Stir well to combine.
  6. Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet and toss to coat the noodles in the sauce.
  7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the noodles are heated through.
  8. Serve the Tan Tan Noodles in bowls, garnished with chopped green onions, cilantro, and crushed roasted peanuts.
