Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the tapioca pearls according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar and water. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. Cut the soft tofu into small cubes.
  4. To serve, place a few spoonfuls of the cooked tapioca pearls in a bowl. Add a few cubes of soft tofu on top. Drizzle with the sweet syrup.
  5. Enjoy the taho while it's still warm!
