Stir Fried Shrimps

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimps and cook for 2-3 minutes, until they turn pink. Remove the shrimps from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes, until they are tender-crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the vegetables in the pan.
  6. Return the shrimps to the pan and stir everything together to combine. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, until everything is heated through.
  7. Garnish with the sliced green onions before serving.
