Spicy Tempeh Roll
A delicious and healthy vegan roll with a spicy kick, made with tempeh, fresh vegetables, and a spicy sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Rice paper - 8 sheets
- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Cucumber - 1, julienned
- Carrot - 1, julienned
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Sriracha sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Tempeh - 200 grams
Let's Get Started
- Cut the tempeh into thin strips and marinate in a mixture of soy sauce and Sriracha sauce for 15 minutes.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the marinated tempeh to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.
- Prepare the rice paper according to the package instructions.
- Place a small amount of tempeh, carrot, cucumber, and avocado on each rice paper sheet.
- Roll the rice paper tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Serve the rolls with extra Sriracha sauce for dipping.
