Let's Get Started

  1. Cut the tempeh into thin strips and marinate in a mixture of soy sauce and Sriracha sauce for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the marinated tempeh to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.
  4. Prepare the rice paper according to the package instructions.
  5. Place a small amount of tempeh, carrot, cucumber, and avocado on each rice paper sheet.
  6. Roll the rice paper tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  7. Serve the rolls with extra Sriracha sauce for dipping.
