  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
  3. Add the red chili flakes and sauté for another minute.
  4. Add the chopped tomato, sliced carrot, and bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, until the vegetables start to soften.
  5. Add the peeled and deveined prawns to the pot. Cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink.
  6. Pour in the vegetable broth and coconut milk. Stir well.
  7. Season with fish sauce, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Adjust the seasoning according to taste.
  8. Simmer the soup for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  9. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
