Let's Get Started

  1. Cut the pork tenderloin into thick slices and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the pork slices and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add the whiskey to the pan and let it reduce for a few minutes.
  6. Return the pork to the pan, add the chicken broth, and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
  7. Serve the Solomillo al Whiskey with some of the sauce poured over the top.
