Smörgåstårta
Smörgåstårta is a Swedish savory sandwich cake made with layers of bread, fillings, and garnishes.

- Mayonnaise - 1 cup
- White bread - 16 slices

- Place 4 slices of bread on a serving platter to form the base layer.
- Spread a layer of the mayonnaise-sour cream mixture on top of the bread slices.
- Arrange a layer of smoked salmon on top of the mayonnaise-sour cream mixture.
- Add another layer of bread slices and spread with the mayonnaise-sour cream mixture.
- Arrange a layer of cooked shrimp on top of the mayonnaise-sour cream mixture.
- Add another layer of bread slices and spread with the mayonnaise-sour cream mixture.
- Arrange a layer of cucumber slices on top of the mayonnaise-sour cream mixture.
- Add another layer of bread slices and spread with the mayonnaise-sour cream mixture.
- Place lettuce leaves on top of the mayonnaise-sour cream mixture.
- Add another layer of bread slices and spread with the mayonnaise-sour cream mixture.
- Arrange sliced hard-boiled eggs on top of the mayonnaise-sour cream mixture.
- Add a final layer of bread slices.
- Spread the remaining mayonnaise-sour cream mixture on top and around the sides of the cake.
- Garnish with chopped dill and lemon slices.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Slice and serve chilled.
