- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red wine vinegar - 1/3 cup
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Cilantro - 1/2 cup, chopped
- Parsley - 1 cup, chopped
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
