Skillet Seared Tofu with Vegetables

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 10 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the garlic, bell pepper, broccoli, and carrots. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Return the tofu to the skillet. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until everything is heated through.
  6. Serve the tofu and vegetables over rice or noodles, if desired.
