Sericaia is a traditional Portuguese dessert from the Alentejo region. It's a sweet egg pudding, often served with a plum syrup.

- Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Eggs - 6
- Flour - 50 grams
- Sugar - 500 grams
- Milk - 1 liter

- Slowly add the milk mixture to the eggs, stirring constantly.
- Add the cinnamon and lemon zest, and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish, and bake for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden and the pudding is set.
- Serve warm or cold, with a drizzle of plum syrup if desired.
