Semifreddo is a classic Italian semi-frozen dessert that has a texture somewhere between ice cream and mousse. This recipe features a rich custard base, whipped cream, and a raspberry swirl.
Ingredients - Serves 8
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Raspberries - 1 cup
- Heavy cream - 2 cups
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Eggs - 4 large

- In a large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
