  1. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the egg mixture until well combined.
  4. In a small bowl, mash the raspberries and lemon juice together to create a raspberry sauce.
  5. Pour half of the cream mixture into a loaf pan, then drizzle half of the raspberry sauce over the top. Repeat with the remaining cream mixture and raspberry sauce.
  6. Use a knife to swirl the raspberry sauce into the cream mixture.
  7. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm.
  8. To serve, let the semifreddo sit at room temperature for a few minutes before slicing.
