  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork, cooked sticky rice, minced garlic, salt, and sugar until well combined.
  2. Rinse the sausage casing under cold water and keep it in a bowl of water.
  3. Stuff the pork mixture into the sausage casing and twist it every 3 inches to create links.
  4. Hang the sausages in a cool, dry place for 2-3 days to ferment.
  5. After the sausages have fermented, they can be cooked. Grill them over medium heat until they are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve the sausages with fresh vegetables and spicy chili sauce.
