Saffron Seafood Stew

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

  5. Add the fish stock, tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Add the seafood and cook until the seafood is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in the parsley and serve the stew hot.
