Raspberry Granola Bars
These homemade raspberry granola bars are a delicious and healthy snack option.
Ingredients - Serves 12
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Ground flaxseed - 2 tablespoons
- Chopped almonds - 1/4 cup
- Dried raspberries - 1/2 cup
- Honey - 1/3 cup
- Almond butter - 1/2 cup
- Old-fashioned oats - 2 cups
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, almond butter, honey, dried raspberries, chopped almonds, ground flaxseed, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
