- Pumpkin pie spice - 1 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
- Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Egg - 1
- Milk - 1 cup
- Pumpkin puree - 1/2 cup
- All-purpose flour - 1 1/2 cups
