Pumpkin Soup with Spiced Crème Fraîche

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Ground nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Crème fraîche - 1/2 cup
- Vegetable broth - 4 cups
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1, chopped
- Pumpkin - 1 large, peeled and chopped
Let's Get Started
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add the pumpkin and cook for another 5 minutes.
