Pumpkin Ravioli

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, Parmesan cheese, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  2. Roll out the pasta dough into thin sheets and cut out circles using a cookie cutter.
  3. Place a spoonful of the pumpkin mixture in the center of half of the circles.
  4. Brush the edges of the circles with the egg wash, then place the remaining circles on top, pressing the edges to seal.
  5. Boil the ravioli in salted water for 3-4 minutes, or until they float to the top.
  6. In a pan, melt the butter and add the sage leaves, cooking until the butter is browned.
  7. Drain the ravioli and add them to the pan, tossing to coat in the butter.
  8. Serve the ravioli with extra Parmesan cheese on top.
