Prawn and Broccoli Stir Fry

Let's Get Started

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan and stir fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add the prawns to the pan and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Remove the prawns from the pan and set aside.
  6. In the same pan, add the broccoli florets and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until they are crisp-tender.
  7. Return the prawns to the pan and pour the sauce mixture over the prawns and broccoli.
  8. Stir fry for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the sauce thickens and coats the prawns and broccoli.
  9. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  10. Serve the prawn and broccoli stir fry hot with steamed rice or noodles.
