Potato Salad
This classic potato salad is perfect for picnics, barbecues, and family gatherings. It's creamy, tangy, and full of flavor.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Paprika - For garnish
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Pickle relish - 1/4 cup
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Celery - 2 stalks, finely chopped
- Mustard - 2 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise - 1 cup
- Eggs - 4, hard-boiled and chopped
- Potatoes - 2 pounds, peeled and cubed
Let's Get Started
- Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
