Potato and Ham Chowder
This hearty potato and ham chowder is packed with tender potatoes, smoky ham, and flavorful herbs.

- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Bay leaf - 1
- Thyme - 1 teaspoon
- Butter - 4 tablespoons
- All-purpose flour - 1/4 cup
- Milk - 2 cups
- Chicken broth - 4 cups
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Carrots - 2 medium, diced
- Celery - 2 stalks, chopped
- Onion - 1 medium, chopped
- Ham - 1 cup, diced
- Potatoes - 4 cups, peeled and diced
Let's Get Started
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
