- Potatoes - 2 large, chopped
- Carrots - 2, chopped

- Pork intestines - 1 kg, cleaned and cut into pieces

- Clean the pork intestines thoroughly and boil them in water for about 30 minutes.
- Drain the intestines and set them aside.

- Add the pork intestines to the pot and cook until they become brown.
