  1. Clean the pork intestines thoroughly and boil them in water for about 30 minutes.
  2. Drain the intestines and set them aside.
  3. In a large pot, sauté the garlic and onion until they become soft.
  4. Add the pork intestines to the pot and cook until they become brown.
