  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until the batter is smooth.
  4. Heat a poffertjes pan over medium heat and brush with a little melted butter.
  5. Pour the batter into the cavities of the pan, filling them about three-quarters full.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottoms are golden brown. Flip the poffertjes and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  7. Remove the poffertjes from the pan and dust with powdered sugar. Serve warm.
