Piquillo Peppers Stuffed with Seafood

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Tomato sauce - 1 cup
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Cream cheese - 1/2 cup
- Mixed seafood - 2 cups, cooked and chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Piquillo peppers - 12, jarred
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked seafood, cream cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is well combined.
