Pinto Bean and Brown Rice Pilaf

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable broth - 2 cups
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 medium, diced
- Pinto beans - 1 can, drained and rinsed
- Brown rice - 1 cup

- In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat.
