Pickled Green Beans

Ingredients - Serves 8
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Dill seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic cloves - 4, peeled
- Salt - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 2 cups
- White vinegar - 2 cups
- Green beans - 1 pound, trimmed
Let's Get Started
- In a large pot, bring the vinegar, water, sugar, and salt to a boil.
- Add the green beans, garlic, dill seeds, and red pepper flakes to the pot and stir to combine.
