Let's Get Started

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, and salt until smooth.
  2. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of the butter and swirl to coat the bottom of the skillet.
  3. Pour 1/4 of the batter into the skillet and tilt the skillet to spread the batter evenly.
  4. Cook until the bottom is golden brown and the top is set, about 2-3 minutes. Flip the pancake and cook until the other side is golden brown, about 1-2 minutes more.
  5. Transfer the pancake to a plate and keep warm. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more butter as needed.
  6. Dust the pancakes with powdered sugar and serve with lemon wedges.
