- Lemon wedges - For serving
- Powdered sugar - For dusting
- Unsalted butter - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Milk - 1 cup
- Eggs - 2 large
- All-purpose flour - 1 cup
Let's Get Started
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, and salt until smooth.
- Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of the butter and swirl to coat the bottom of the skillet.
- Pour 1/4 of the batter into the skillet and tilt the skillet to spread the batter evenly.
- Cook until the bottom is golden brown and the top is set, about 2-3 minutes. Flip the pancake and cook until the other side is golden brown, about 1-2 minutes more.
- Transfer the pancake to a plate and keep warm. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more butter as needed.
- Dust the pancakes with powdered sugar and serve with lemon wedges.
