Pepper Steak Stir Fry

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  3. Add beef slices and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add onion, bell peppers, garlic, and ginger. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  5. Return the beef to the skillet and pour in the sauce mixture. Stir fry for another 2 minutes, until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and vegetables.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve the pepper steak stir fry over cooked rice.
