Ingredients - Serves 6

Let's Get Started

  1. Wash and clean the assorted meat thoroughly.
  2. In a large pot, add the meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, and scotch bonnet peppers.
  3. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes or until the meat is tender.
  4. Add the crayfish, seasoning cubes, and salt. Stir well and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
  5. Add the chopped uziza leaves and scent leaves. Stir and let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
