Ingredients - Serves 4
- Rosemary - 1 tablespoon, fresh
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Mixed vegetables (carrots, potatoes, bell peppers) - 4 cups, chopped
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - To taste
- Black pepper - 2 tablespoons, freshly ground
- Steak - 4 pieces
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Season the steaks with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and sear on both sides until browned, about 3 minutes per side.
