  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey. Microwave for 30 seconds, or until the peanut butter is melted.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats and protein powder.
  3. Pour the peanut butter mixture into the oat mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Add the almond milk and stir until the mixture is evenly moistened.
  5. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture into the dish.
  6. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top and gently press them into the mixture.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  8. Cut into bars and serve.
