- Egg - 1, beaten

- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Extra firm tofu - 1 block, drained and pressed
