Onion Masala Dosa

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they start spluttering, add cumin seeds and curry leaves.
  2. Add chopped onions, green chili, and grated ginger. Sauté until onions turn golden brown.
  3. Add turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.
  4. Take a ladleful of dosa batter and spread it in a circular motion on a hot dosa tawa.
  5. Drizzle some oil around the dosa and cook until it turns golden brown.
  6. Place a spoonful of the onion masala on one half of the dosa and fold it over.
  7. Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
