Nutella Cheesecake

Ingredients - Serves 8
- Chocolate shavings - For garnish
- Whipped cream - 1 cup
- Eggs - 3
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Nutella - 1 cup
- Cream cheese - 16 oz
- Butter - 1/2 cup, melted
- Chocolate cookies - 2 cups, crushed
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- In a bowl, combine the crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, Nutella, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are slightly golden.
