Nopal Coffee Tonic
This refreshing and energizing coffee tonic is infused with the goodness of nopal cactus.

- Mint leaves - For garnish
- Ice cubes - Handful
- Honey - 1 teaspoon
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Sparkling water - 1/2 cup
- Coffee - 1 shot of espresso or 1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee
- Nopal cactus - 1 small pad, cleaned and diced
