- Eggs - 4
- Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Sour cream - 1 cup
- All-purpose flour - 3 tablespoons
- Granulated sugar - 1 cup
- Cream cheese - 32 oz (4 packages), softened
- Unsalted butter - 1/3 cup, melted
- Graham cracker crumbs - 1 1/2 cups
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add the sugar, flour, sour cream, vanilla extract, and lemon zest to the cream cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

- Remove from the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
- Run a knife around the edges of the pan to loosen the cheesecake, then remove the sides of the springform pan.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
